The magic of the theater begins before the curtain rises and lingers long after the final applause—in the conversations that follow, the impressions shared, and the little indulgences that make an evening truly unforgettable.
In the heart of Athens, Plato Lounge Bar at the Academias Hotel, Autograph Collection introduces Pre-Theater Drinks & Bites, a distinctive offering that merges mixology with gastronomy, bringing a fresh character to the city’s theater nights.
Theater-inspired signature cocktails—such as the aromatic Velvet Curtain, featuring Mastiha and Italicus, and the bittersweet Standing Ovation, crafted with Cynar and Campari—are paired with a curated selection of refined bites. Shrimp tacos, mini burgers, and smoked salmon canapés represent just a few of the smart, elegant options on the menu.
Because every theatrical evening deserves its own special beginning. And its own encore.
