A fresh breeze is blowing through the beloved Zaatar in Nea Erythraia, which now welcomes us to its stunning, greenery-filled new garden! But the renewal doesn’t stop there—the talented chef Vasilis Tzimas also presents the restaurant’s brand-new menu.
At Zaatar’s kitchen, tradition meets creativity. The menu is built around seasonal Greek ingredients, respecting the roots of Mediterranean cuisine while experimenting with modern techniques and bold flavor pairings. Dishes like the pastitsio pappardelle and the octopus stifado with avocado tzatziki honor Greek culinary memory through a fresh and imaginative lens. “Our goal is to create experiences that embrace both emotion and flavor, with an emphasis on quality, balance, and authenticity,” says the chef.

These delicious creations can be perfectly paired with wines from Zaatar’s well-curated cellar, which includes both Greek and international labels, or with one of the bar’s signature or classic cocktails.
