Karnagio ”is the Greek word for “shipyard”. The building where this beautiful restaurant is situated was once the shipyard of Skiathos. The owner of the restaurant, Mr. George, has a small farm on the island and also produces his own virgin olive oil. So, all the vegetables used in the dishes at Karnagio come from this bio farm, while the olive oil in the Greek salad is of extraordinary quality!
This year the top chef Angelos Bakopoulos is in charge of the cuisine so be prepared to try truly unforgettable dishes.
