This recent chocolaterie prepares ice cream just like in Singapore. On a freezing pan at a temperature of -22°C, you pour any ingredient you may want (biscuits, fruits, coffee, and some of the world’s best chocolates), and you leave the rest to the pros. They’ll throw in their secret mixture of fresh milk and start the process. They blend and mince the mixture while it freezes and lay it in strips which are then rolled into small cylinders, put in a cup and served.
